Committee Page

(ACP) Architectural Control and Planning is busy following up and implementing its newest changes - such as all new home construction must have a portable outhouse on the job site. Warmer weather means more activity in our neighborhoods. Spring Cleaning Bug hits hard, and in the process we often forget about permits, applications and so on. The things you MUST remember:

  • Get references, License Numbers and proof of insurance from any CONTRACTOR before they start.
  • Be sure that County of Lake building permits were actually issued...
  • And that the ACP committee has signed off on the project. Be sure to submit your application BEFORE you paint or roof, or so on. Avoid penalties, and be sure to follow the governing documents for the Association.
