MEETINGS -- Your input is important to the board so please, forward all questions and suggestions in writing to the board by way of the office - at any time. This way the board members can have clarity on your issues and have adequate time to gather needed information and respond. Don't wait to come to a meeting with an idea to share or a question - share it today. At a meeting a homeowner is given only two minutes to speak - and the speaker is not responded to at the meeting anyway, but rather deferred to a board member or staff member to answer the owner at a later date. This is because all five board members meet only once a month for approximately an hour - and they have very limited time to address the many issues before them during this business meeting of the Association.
The MINUTES (as required by Civil Code 1363.05) are made available to the members within 30 days of the meeting, and shall be distributed to any member of the association upon request and upon reimbursement of the association's cost for making that distribution.
