Clear Lake Riviera Community Association has 2810 properties, of which almost one-half are developed homesites, making it the second largest association in Lake County.
Annual dues for members are $86.00, mailed on May 15 of each year, and due and payable on July 1, the beginning of the fiscal year. If you do not receive your invoice before July 1, please give the office a call.
CLRCA is governed by a five (5) person volunteer board of directors, elected for two (2) year terms. Elections are held in June of each year. There are a number of ways to get involved. The Social, Budget and Nominating Committees are just a few. New ideas and plans to get the community positively involved are always welcomed.
After a long period of time being managed by an outside company, the board hired employees in January 2008. The office is now staffed by three full-time employees that are happy to assist you with issues ranging from Architectural Control and Planning to rental of the Community Hall. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
