Welcome to the scenic Community of Kelseyville Riviera nestled in the shadow of Mount Konocti overlooking Clear Lake - California's largest natural lake - with mesmerizing views of the sparkling lake and captivating surroundings.

We have been established since 1964, featuring 1,543 homes, 19 commercial properties, and 1,248 undeveloped parcels, covering five square miles of land, situated at an altitude of 1,755 feet. Our members have made this serene place their home and are surrounded by wildlife including deer, turkeys, rabbits, and more. The abundance of natural beauty, excellent educational facilities, the chance to partake in water sports on Clear Lake, hike, visit world-class wineries, and the wide variety of other amenities make this the perfect spot to set up roots and establish friendships that last forever.

Kelseyville Riviera Community Association is a common interest development governed by its members, and a non-profit organization committed to ensuring the community’s well-being through participation from its members. It's run by a Board of Directors comprised of five elected volunteers, who serve for a term of two years and are replaced alternately. Our Board of Directors and staff members strive to make our area safe and beautiful, establishing building guidelines to preserve attractive conditions and high property values for all members.

Members are highly encouraged to get involved in the Community and become part of its growth. There are numerous committees, spearheaded by volunteer members, addressing issues, pursuing ideas to increase amenities, and further developing the Community.
